The journey questionnaire collects the answers and contact details you choose to send to Five Senses Georgia so that we can prepare and discuss your requested itinerary. Dietary and accessibility information is optional.
Submitted requests are stored in the website’s private Tour Requests section for administrator review. The form does not process payments. Contact fivesensesge[at]gmail[.]com to ask about or request removal of your submitted answers.
The Journey Board stores selected inspiration IDs in your browser so that your choices remain available when you visit the questionnaire. You can remove individual choices or clear the board. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics in its custom theme or plugin.
Optional marketing information
If you choose to share it and give permission, your country of residence, age group, gender and discovery source are used in aggregate marketing reports. These questions are optional and are not required to request a journey. Reports are accessible only to website administrators. We do not send these answers to an external analytics service.
Spam protection
The questionnaire uses a self-hosted ALTCHA proof-of-work check, a honeypot and request rate limits. No third-party CAPTCHA service receives your answers. JavaScript is required for this verification.
